Start with the product or category, approximate quantity, supply destination and target timing, then add notes or an attachment when relevant. Those are the core inputs supported by the ORIGEX RFQ flow.

Buyer questions
What should be clear before a buyer requests pricing or evaluates a product?
They can be added to suit the business model, but the Demo emphasizes RFQ because commercial pricing often depends on quantity, market and terms.
No. Demo availability is not live inventory. In production, availability should come from real business data or be confirmed through the enquiry and RFQ process.
Supplier questions
Product submission, file readiness and the limits of acceptance or representation.
No. Submission only makes the information available for review; it does not imply product acceptance, representation or distribution.
Company and product information, category and origin, packaging, MOQ where available, plus the documents or certifications currently held. A clearer file supports a more useful initial review.
No. ORIGEX separates information submission from any commercial agreement. Representation, distribution or partnership requires an independent evaluation and agreement outside the Demo state.
Product questions
The information that makes a product profile easier to review.
Name, brand, category, country of origin, pack size, packaging, shelf life, storage, MOQ and availability, plus certification state, datasheet and brochure when those files are available and authorized for use.
No. Any Demo certificate or document is an illustrative placeholder. Before publication it must be replaced with verified, owned or authorized evidence and accurate status or issuer details where applicable.
Yes. The V1 products page supports local search and filters for category, brand and origin using Demo data that buyers can replace with their own product dataset.
Request-for-quote questions
How the request UI works and what must be integrated before real use.
Use the RFQ form for buyer details, product or category, quantity, destination, target timing, notes, an attachment where needed, and the required consent before submission.
Not in the current Demo. The interface demonstrates fields, validation and confirmation state; it must be connected to the buyer's chosen endpoint, CRM, email or other production system before launch.
The UI includes an attachment control and selected-file state. Real upload processing and storage belong to the production integration, not to the static HTML template itself.
Distribution & partnership questions
Partner evaluation, territory coverage, channels and market-opportunity boundaries.
No. The form collects information that can support partner evaluation; it does not automatically create a partnership, exclusivity or commercial obligation.
Territory coverage, sales channels, product categories, current operating capability and a suitable company profile or portfolio where needed. The aim is to make capability reviewable before evaluation.
No. Demo market information is illustrative and must be replaced with verified data. Showing a market or channel does not mean a partner is available, a product is approved or market entry is guaranteed.
Demo & integration questions
What belongs to the template experience, and what must be customized or connected before launch?
No. ORIGEX uses fictional Demo company, supplier, product and market data to demonstrate the template experience. It does not represent a real client, supplier, certificate or commercial relationship.
No. Email, phone, address and business hours are configurable Demo values. Replace them with the real company's information before publication.
Replace company, product, supplier, market, document, certificate, resource and contact data; adapt legal content to the actual business; connect required forms and integrations; then perform real production QA before launch.

These answers explain template logic and illustrative content. They are not commitments on acceptance, price, availability, partnership or compliance, and they do not replace appropriate legal, regulatory or commercial review for the buyer's business.
